Awards

These three awards will be given out at different points throughout the school year. These awards will also have very strict qualifications as to who can receive them. The application process will be noted at the bottom of each award description below. In addition to the award, further information regarding benefits will be provided. Please do read the awards and their requirements in their entirety.

GPA Increase Award

​

This award will be distributed twice a year. Once in January, after all the finals for semester 1 have been completed, and once in June after all finals for semester 2 have been completed. 

​

Qualifications:

  • Students must have demonstrated a total of at least a 1.3 point increase in their unweighted GPA.

  • Students must have demonstrated this 1.3 point GPA increase minimum within a 4 month period.

  • Within the 4 month period, the minimum  1.3 increase needs to have been maintained for at least 1 month. 

  • Students must have shown academic improvement throughout sessions working within Personalized Prep.

  • Must be enrolled in high school currently.

Required Documentation:

  • GPA screenshot of before and after with 1.3 point increase.

  • GPA screenshot showing the longevity of the GPA.

  • Recommendation by Personalized Prep tutor explaining what progress you have made.

​

Additional Information:

  • Any and all submissions must be submitted to info@personalizedprep.com.

  • All submissions must be submitted by 11:59 on the dated deadline.

  • January award application due December 11th of each year.

  • June award application due May 9th of each year.

AP Scholar Award

​

This award will be distributed once a year to a maximum of two different students. Both awards will be given in the summer after all AP Exams have been completed and calculated in August.

​

Qualifications:

  • Students must have achieved no less than a 3.7 weighted GPA throughout the school year.

  • Students must have been enrolled in 3 APs and took the AP exams for all 3 courses.

  • Students must have scored at least a 3 on all three determination to score highly throughout sessions working within Personalized Prep.

  • Must be enrolled in high school currently.

Required Documentation:

  • GPA screenshot at the end of both semesters.

  • Proof of enrollment to three AP classes.

  • Proof of scoring at least a 3 on all three of the AP exams. 

  • Recommendation by Personalized Prep tutor explaining what steps you have made.

​

Additional Information:

  • Any and all submissions must be submitted to info@personalizedprep.com.

  • All submissions must be submitted by 11:59 on the dated deadline.

  • All applications for this award must be submitted by July 31st of every year.

Athletic Scholar Award 

​

This award will be distributed once a year to a maximum of two different students. Both awards will be given in the summer after the students’ school years have ended. 

​

Qualifications:

  • Students must have achieved no less than a 3.5 weighted GPA throughout the school year.

  • Students must have been enrolled in two different school led sports. 

  • Students must have maintained the 3.5 weighted GPA while participating in sports events.

  • Must be enrolled in high school currently.

​

Required Documentation:

  • GPA screenshot at the end of both semesters.

  • Proof of enrollment in two different high school organized sports.

  • Recommendation by Personalized Prep tutor explaining what steps you have made to balance both the sports commitments and your academics.

​

  • All submissions must be submitted by 11:59 on the dated deadline.

  • All applications must be submitted by May 9th.
