Sean Yen
Sean graduated with a degree in Mathematical Economics and a Minor in Spanish from Pitzer College. He has three mantras he lives, learns, and teaches by: keep an open mind, stay positive, and never give up. Sean is grateful to have found his passion for unlocking the learning potential of students, and passing down his genuine curiosity in the pursuit of knowledge to over 3,000+ students of the Personalized Prep family.

Marwa Mamozai
Marwa, a Computer Science major at Cal State Fullerton, has enthusiastically joined our team. Drawn to the field's logical challenges and innovative potential, she excels in problem-solving, coding, and software development. Marwa's hands-on approach and strong commitment to teamwork make her a valuable asset in collaborative projects. Her organizational skills and ability to multitask complement her technical expertise. Beyond academics and work, Marwa finds joy in reading, following Formula One races, and maintaining an active lifestyle.

Joshua Wada
Joshua graduated Cum Laude from Point Loma Nazarene University with a degree in Applied Health Science. He believes you never stop learning and is passionate about the STEM field. In his free time, he enjoys guitar, basketball, and painting. With his deep science background, he strives to make thinking like a scientist second nature.

Jonathan Shiba
Jonathan graduated from UCLA with a degree in Bioengineering. During his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, climbing, eating, and cooking the things that he eats. He likes reading science fiction and fantasy. His main priority is to create an environment where students feel they can learn at a comfortable pace. Grace Surber
Grace graduated from UCI with an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering and will continue to pursue her master's degree. Her favorite ways to spend free time include painting, reading, and dancing. These past years, Grace has learned how to “think like an engineer” and is excited to apply this mindset of problem solving and perseverance to all aspects of tutoring.

Lincoln Yen joined the Personalized Prep family in June of 2020. He was eager to help students decompress during some of the most stressful times of their academic careers yet. He provides help with snuggles, cuddles, and kisses. Lincoln is ready to jump up into your lap whenever things get too heavy to help you remember the good things in life.
