Personalized Prep
Personalized Prep was founded in 2013 with the goal of empowering students to become more confident in school and their test-taking abilities. Personalized Prep began when its founder saw a lack of accountability in tutoring companies in the area. Larger tutoring companies did not care to properly train each tutor while smaller tutoring companies did not have the resources to offer their students the most bang for their buck. This is why Personalized Prep was founded - to ensure each student is treated as more than just a number and to create individualized tutoring programs for each student.

Personalized Prep has helped over 3000+ students achieve their academic goals, build lifelong study skills, and develop the confidence to approach any assignment later in life. We offer premier tutoring for the ACT/SAT, all high school subjects, and more!

Team
Sean graduated with a degree in Mathematical Economics and a Minor in Spanish from Pitzer College. He has three mantras he lives, learns, and teaches by: keep an open mind, stay positive, and never give up. Sean is grateful to have found his passion for unlocking the learning potential of students, passing down his genuine curiosity in the pursuit of knowledge to over 3,000+ students of the Personalized Prep family.

Celeste Calabrisi
Lead Tutor and Test Preparation Program Supervisor
Celeste graduated Cum Laude of her class at the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor’s in History and a Minor in Political Science and achieved a Master's Degree from Johns Hopkins University in Museum Studies. During her time at UCI, Celeste was an active member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Celeste has been passionately fostering the growth of students in all age groups for over 7 years and loves watching students become scholars. Her ability to motivate students to be the best versions of themselves provides them the confidence to know that their future is bright!
Alena graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering at University of California, Irvine. She is passionate about subjects in Mathematics and the STEM field. Alena utilizes her ability to identify student needs, patiently work with them on their weaknesses, and hone their strengths. With her deep mathematical foundations, she strives to make her students enjoy and think in numbers the way she does. Her appreciation for learning and problem solving is what she wants to bring forth in others too. Whether it’s academics or having a healthy mindset in life, Alena will make sure you’re on the right track.

Mason is a graduate from the University of California, Irvine where he earned his degree in Public Health Sciences B.S. as a pre-medical student. Having traveled the country participating in various internships at universities such as UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine he has applied to medical school in hopes of matriculating Fall 2022. He believes in a holistic approach to tutoring ensuring students are prepared in mind, body, and soul in order to achieve their full potential as scholars and individuals.
Omar is an undergraduate student at the University of California, Irvine. He is pursuing a degree in Business Economics and pending graduation in the Spring of 2022. During his time as a Spanish medical interpreter, he unlocked a passion to teach others and wants to continue building on helping students reach their goals. He loves math and hopes to spark that same excitement for others. Watching films is a huge hobby of his and hopes to pursue movie franchise planning in the future.

Max is an exemplary second-year student at
Boise State University, where he is currently interested in majoring in Kinesiology in an effort to earn his Doctorate in Chiropractic Practice. Max is an alumnus of Personalized Prep, beginning his journey in 2017. In his current role, Max is not only dedicated to helping all students navigate the path to their fullest potential, but he is also geared towards expanding the operations and systems of Personalized Prep.

Lincoln Yen joined the Personalized Prep family in June of 2020. He was eager to help students decompress during some of the most stressful times of their academic careers yet. He provides help with snuggles, cuddles, and kisses. Lincoln is ready to jump up into your lap whenever things get too heavy to help you remember the good things in life.
